We aim to reply to support requests within one business day, typically sooner for Urgent production blockers. Prefer email? contact@vendorcad.com
Tell us what broke, or what you need.
Choose severity honestly. Urgent is for production quoting or export blockers. Include diagnostic info so IT and our team can reproduce faster.
For partnerships or press, use Contact. For a product walkthrough, book a demo.
Support FAQ
Customer ops and IT answers for go-live and day-to-day.
Use the support form on this page (preferred; it includes diagnostic context), or email contact@vendorcad.com. Pilots and DFY Catalog customers get the same inbox; urgent production blockers are prioritized.
Yes. The interactive demo is the real multi-tenant app under a seeded demo workspace. Reset demo clears demo edits; it does not affect customer tenants.
Confirm the configuration passes rules (blocked options show in the UI). Retry once. If it still fails, open Support, choose “3D preview / export”, attach the product name and parameter values, and mark Urgent if quoting is blocked.
VendorCAD is multi-tenant SaaS with org-scoped data. SSO and plant deployments are Custom / Plant scope. For questionnaires, email contact@vendorcad.com with “IT security review” in the subject. We respond with current architecture notes for your evaluation.
Workspace admins manage members under App → Settings → Users. If you cannot sign in or lost admin access, submit a support request with your company domain and tenant name.
Submit Support with severity Urgent, category matching the failure, and leave “Include diagnostic info” on. Note approximate start time and how many users are affected. We treat Urgent production blockers first.
